How I am Exercising

Those who know me, I am short fat guy. Who is surprisingly light on his feet.

I need to lose weight. But more importantly I need to exercise. Why because sitting in front of a computer, dropping kids off at school isn't exercise.

Unfortunately even walking 1/2 mile with the kids or my wife is exercise because they walk to slowly so its not aerobic.

So what have I started doing. I am walking to work. I live in NYC and 2 or 3 days a week I walk 3 miles from my son's school to work. It takes a little more than an hour. I can go fast enough to be aerobic but slow enough to not be sweaty and smelly.

I haven't lost a single pound but when I run for bus I am no longer winded. The funniest part I can now go from place to place in the city by walking more reliably than using public transportation. --->> I may start by 100 Calorie per hour diet again next week I will tell you about it in my next post.
